Low Rate Loan

If you borrow £30,000 over 240 months with a Fixed rate of 7.00%. Paying 240 monthly instalments of £271.81. Total amount payable of £65234.40 comprised of loan amount (£30,000); interest (£30189); broker fee (£3,750); lender fee (£1295). This would result in an overall cost of 9.49% APRC.
